Marsland Mouth is on the border between Cornwall and Devon and so lies in both counties!
Marsland Water runs down the Marsland Valley, which is a steep-sided, wooded valley with diverse flora and fauna, to the sea at Marsland Mouth. Devon is to the north and Cornwall to the south.
There is nowhere to park near the beach and it’s a steep walk whichever way you choose to approach it. Consequently it’s usually very quiet.
