Yes, RNLI lifeguards are present on this beach from May to September between 10am and 6pm.

Fistral is Cornwall’s premier surfing beach and surfers from all over the UK and abroad travel to catch the waves that roll in off the Atlantic. There can be dangerous currents and you should follow instructions from the lifeguards.
