SENNEN BEACH, WHITESAND BAY, CORNWALL
This is one of Cornwall’s most popular beaches for families and watersport enthusiasts. The fabulous sands extend northwards from the village of Sennen Cove in the south to North Rocks where at low tide the sands join up with those of Gwynver beach forming a huge crescent around Whitesand Bay. Surfing and bass fishing are major attractions and some spectacular wildlife, such as dolphins, may be seen close to the beach. A full range of facilities are conveniently close to the beach, including a surf school.

Dogs: banned 1 May to 30 September, 8am to 7pm.
