This small beach is near the village of Feock a little over 5 miles south of Truro. It lies on the western shore of the River Fal and has wonderful views south down the Carrick Roads. It is popular with boating enthusiasts and birdwatchers. In wintertime the Carrick Roads holds one of the largest populations of Black-necked Grebes in the country along with other diving ducks.
